1 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Can Diced Tomatoes (you can use Crushed Tomatoes if you don’t like tomato chunks)
1 Can Corn, drained
1 Can Chili Beans
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 Can White Beans, drained
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 Package of Taco Seasoning
1 Package of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
1 Avocado, sliced
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (garnish for soup)
Sour Cream (garnish for soup)
Tortilla Chips (garnish)

Brown meat and onion together, drain. Add chicken broth and seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Stir and heat thoroughly. Serve with tortilla chips, cheese, sliced avocados and sour cream.
*Soup can be doubled.
