Crescent Italiano


1 lb Ground Turkey
1/2 medium Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 – 8oz can Tomato Sauce
1 – 14oz can Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 – 6oz can Olives, sliced in half
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
8oz pkg Crescent Rolls
1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp Basil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Brown turkey, onion, salt and pepper. Drain. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and olives. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place mixture in 9″ x 13″ baking pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Combine sour cream and dried herbs. Separate dough into 8 triangles. Spread approx. 1-2 tsp of mixture on each triangle. Roll up starting at wide end. Arrange crescents on top of casserole. Sprinkle with a bit more cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until crescents are golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
